Life’s an ocean

Durham Cathedral & River Wear Meh. I am having one of those periods in my life where I have no mojo for the things that I normally really enjoy — photography, blogging, knitting. I really haven’t knit much in the last 2-3 weeks. I’m working on the same pair of socks and they don’t even have that much further to go, but I just haven’t been interested in knitting.

I can’t really say what I have been doing. Listening to music a lot. Chatting to friends on line (reconnecting with some friends). Watching various things — Ashes to Ashes, movies, things on YouTube. I’ve been being quite social lately too. I’ve also been really busy with work and really tired.

So yeah, not really a great deal going on. Trying to keep up with blogs, but failing. I’m not disappointed with anything going on in my life right now so I’m just taking it for what it is and expect I’ll find my mojo again.

I know exactly how you feel. A few months ago, I had time on my hands, perfect for getting some of the things I love done and feeling like I should accomplish something but I felt just like you; no mojo for those things. But don’t let it get you down. You’ll find that mojo again. And you’re reconnecting with friends so that’s great. Wish I could do that sometime.

That is a beautiful photo. I have been so behind on my blog-reading, so it is only now that I’m only telling you how very sorry I am to hear about your sister. You sound very strong and brave.

Sooner or later, the mojo will return. I think that’s very wise to take it as it comes :)

I’m slowly coming around to getting back to knitting after another hiatus. It happens. Nothing wrong with having some down time. I think a person needs this every once in a while.

I totally have been there, but no worries you will find it again my personnal experience has been stop looking and it will find you! Just enjoy each day as it comes. :0)xxx

Who cares about mojo when you have photos like that?! Honey, go out and explore the new surroundings and ENJOY yourself. The knitting will still be there and something will spark your interest eventually.

Still waiting on “Ashes to Ashes” to air here (and for the American version of “Life on Mars” to totally suck ass).
