Pattern: Lobster claw mittens (kit) from Morehouse Merino
Yarn: Morehouse merino 3-strand — colour lobster red
Needles: US 7 DPNs set of 4
Gauge: didn’t measure
Dimensions: 7.5″ from cuff to tip of larger claw

Notes: Hated the yarn; I’ve said this already in many places. It breaks so easily even when you’re not pulling on it very hard. The pattern is cute and simple. I had trouble getting the right dimensions since the gauge didn’t include row gauge. I knit one mitten on the largest size of needles suggested to find that the result was a size small mitten and I wanted a large one hence having to go up two sizes. I added the i-cord to join the mittens so they can be threaded threw coat sleeves. They are a hit with the parents and it is very funny when the child has them on and waves.
